It won't be us initially possible for us to look after the complete Indian market or the overseas market, so we are looking for marketing partners who would be willing to help us in establishing a foothold in the Indian as well as the overseas market.

1. City Managers :- The City Managers would be responsible for complete promotion of our site. The revenue from the sale of ad space would be shared equally (65%-35%) between both parties which are

b. The City Manager (35%)
The City Manager will be an Independent Contractor and is not an employee of Multi Online Alliance PVT. Ltd so he will be responsible for the expenses of promoting the site as well as hiring staff to work for him.
2. Country Managers (Overseas):- The Country Managers would be responsible for complete promotion of our site. The Country manager should have a plan to promote the site and would have to submit the plan to the Head Office of Multi Online Alliance PVT. Ltd for approval. The revenue from the sale of ad space would be shared equally (60%-40%) between both parties which are
a. Multi Online Alliance PVT. Ltd. (60%)
b. The Country Manager (40%)
The Country Manager will be an Independent Contractor and is not an employee of Multi Online Alliance PVT. Ltd so he will be responsible for the expenses of promoting the site as well as hiring staff to work for him
3. Marketing Manager (independent):- Looking for Marketing companies willing to sell banner space on our site

b. Marketing Manager (25%)
