Kishan Jawale Stresses Training, Digitization, And Transparent Recruitment

Raigad, Sept 1 – District Collector Kishan Jawale said that “consistency and follow-up are the real secrets of success”, urging government employees to master basics like noting, filing, and comments.

Speaking at a service-related review camp under the CM’s 150-day Sevakarmi programme, Jawale highlighted reforms such as the cancellation of 45 old GRs for compassionate appointments, streamlined recruitment of pending candidates, time-bound promotions, and digitization of 1,390 service books.

He directed departments to organise biannual training programmes, ensure timely promotions, and speed up the digitization process. Compassionate appointments and promotion letters were also distributed to eligible beneficiaries during the event.
