Grievance Redressal Policy
(As per Rule 10 and 11 of the Information Technology Rules, 2021)
Yiippee News Network OPC Private Limited, operating the platform YIIPPEE® News Network (https://yiippee.com), is committed to maintaining editorial integrity, user transparency, and ethical publishing standards. This Grievance Redressal Policy is established in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
🔹 1. Objective
To provide a transparent, responsive, and legally compliant mechanism for addressing grievances from the public relating to the content published on the YIIPPEE® News Network platform.

🔹 3. Grievance Submission Guidelines
Any individual aggrieved by content published on our platform may submit a complaint to the Grievance Officer through the following means:
- Email: grievance@yiippee.com
- Subject line: “Grievance Submission – [Short Description]”
- Include: Name, Contact Number, Address, URL of Content, Reason for Objection, and any Supporting Documents
🔹 4. Response Timeline
- The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours of receipt.
- A final decision or resolution will be communicated within 15 days, as per Rule 11(4) of the IT Rules.
🔹 5. Resolution Mechanism
- Grievances will be reviewed on merit by the Editorial and Compliance team.
- If necessary, rectifications, takedowns, or public clarifications may be issued.
- The complainant will receive a written or email response indicating the action taken.
🔹 6. Record Maintenance
All grievances received, along with action taken, will be digitally documented and preserved for a minimum period of 3 years, in accordance with Rule 11(5).
🔹 7. Appeal Mechanism
If unsatisfied, complainants may escalate the matter to the Level II Self-Regulatory Body or the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting’s Oversight Mechanism (Level III).
This policy is publicly accessible on our website and may be reviewed or updated periodically based on statutory changes or operational needs.
